We have a simple fee structure
A listing fee of £400, split over the first 2 months, deducted from the rent.
We then charge a monthly fixed fee for the management based on rental income as follows:

Our HMO services
Want a higher rental yield without the hassle of managing?
We also offer a fully managed HMO service with fantastic rates.
Our listing fee of £600 is split over the first 3 months with a management fee of just £50 per tenant per month.
In the event of tenancy changes, a re-listing fee of £200 applies.
